The Tyrant. (This is Great)

 This is great - I didn't listen but read most of the article and it completely describes our  HOA president (the one I sued  and will sue her again). This time I am guessing she will sell her house to get out of the lawsuit). Unfortunately, our new board is turning into the same. They just don't know how to do things any other way. The new board members want their chance to have it their way.
