Alexandria City Does Not Require Each Town Home In Potomac Yard To Have Two Parking Spaces

The Zoning Ordinance only specifies the number of spaces to be provided, the size, and pavement materials.  The Zoning Ordiannce does not regulate the assignement of spaces.  This is not a zoning issue but may be a civil matter between the HOA and residents who may object.

    No wonder why Jay & Christine McVann were so vocal. They knew their home did not have any dedicated parking spots.

    I listened to the meet the candidates video. I sense the board is spineless and will make HOA members sue. Good luck to our HOA on getting insurance .

    A great podcast. Common = equal. This is a huge legal issue in the Potomac Yard HOA on Van Valkenburgh lane.

    I have read the lawsuit and the association pleadings. Quite telling how our HOA is suppressing this information such as these spots are not deeded.
