It's unfortunate. But Frede Ottinger has pricey & pristine landscaping on her private property.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people, including HOA board members, don't understand what the HOA is supposed to do. It's not white-glove or concierge service or a building maintenance service or a neighborhood mediation consultant. The HOA is supposed to take care of the common areas. Period.
