Why Would Any Insurance Company Underwrite the Potomac Yard HOA ?
1) Denying HOA members the right to use Common Areas.
2) Using HOA Assessments for land not only or HOA does not own, but most HOA members do not have access to.
3) Insuring 5 board directors when we only have 3.
Agree . No insurance company should be underwriting our HOA either, and I'd be thrilled if they got dropped. That's the only way to get these clowns off the Board and hopefully force the hoa to retain new counsel.
