Margo is no longer handling the 3 condo sub-associations and she was never involved with the Dylan condos.

Margo does not have more than 3 hours of work per week. A complete waste. Margo is a HOA moral killer.
ReplyDeleteForget about it. Board directors use Margo to push neighbors they don't like to a tipping point. Margo has a following. I guess all the unlawful landscaping spending on her part helped her cause.
ReplyDeleteSo the condo associations fire her so she retaliates by torturing townhome owners. Clea is Margo's biggest mole. They both need to go.
ReplyDeleteHow the heck is our HOA fee $99 a month? Our HOA owns limited land. If a townhome owner or COA wants to charge their plants then the owners or COA have to pay for them.
ReplyDeleteWhat does Margo manage ? We have a landscaping and irrigation company. Pulte put a community manager in because they didn't want to do any work coupled with keeping condo fees as low as possible while selling them.
